Client said,"Give me more space." Well,we did! Extended balcony out for more guests to see a wonderful view. Added pitched roof to match house, fire place, and outdoor kitchen. Custom finish materials include slate verticals, Austin Limestone veneer, and tongue & groove stained boards for the ceiling. Nice place to keep warm! What do you think?
